摘要
风冷式冰箱采用强制对流换热方式使储藏室内的空气流经蒸发室进行热湿交换,通过箱内空气循环维持各储藏空间的温度稳定在设定范围。以印度市场为切入点,结合当地经济、环境和文化等,挖掘市场用户对食物的存放提出的储物灵活多变的需求(比如Super Frz、Normal、Energy Saving、Convertible等)。尤其针对现在市场上既有的两门冰箱藏冻间室固定不可变的难题,在基于传统的风冷冰箱功能基础上,创新设计出一种可以实现冷冻转冷藏功能,同时可以满足快速降温的方案,并通过对风循环的仿真模拟和数据分析,设计出全新功能的具有双风机的风冷冰箱。
Forced convection heat transfer is used in the air-cooled refrigerator to make the air in the storage room flow through the evaporation room for heat and moisture exchange,and maintain the temperature of each storage space in the set range through the air circulation in the box.Takes the Indian market as the breakthrough point,combined with the local economy,environment and culture,to explore the market users’demand for flexible storage of food(such as fast ice making,energy saving,fast cooling,convertible,etc.).Especially in view of the fixed problem of the existing two door refrigerators in the market,based on the traditional function of air-cooled refrigerator,an innovative design scheme is proposed,which can realize the function of freezing to refrigeration,and at the same time can meet the rapid cooling.Through the simulation of air circulation and data analysis,a new function of air-cooled refrigerator with double fans is designed.
