基于有限元计算的最优效率压缩机控制方法的研究

摘要 在碳中和、碳达峰的时代背景下,节能减排成为"十四五"规划布局和政策部署的重要方向。建筑节能在其中表现尤为重要,这对能源大户的暖通领域既是机遇也是挑战。空调是暖通耗能大户,其中压缩机能耗占比最大,因此压缩机节能控制技术是重中之中。提出一种结合电机电磁有限元分析的最优效率驱动控制方法,使电机在全工况下获得效率最优控制的相位角,从而提高压缩机能效和空调能效,达到节能减排的目的。 In the context of the era of carbon neutrality and carbon peaks,energy conservation and emission reduction have become an important direction for the planning layout and policy deployment of the"14 th Five-Year Plan".The performance of building energy efficiency is particularly important,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the HVAC field of major energy users.Air-conditioning is a large HVAC energy consumer,of which compressor energy consumption accounts for the largest proportion,so compressor energy-saving control technology is the top priority.This paper proposes an optimal efficiency drive control method combined with electromagnetism FEA of the motor,so that the motor obtains the phase angle of the optimal control efficiency under all working conditions,thereby improving the energy efficiency of the compressor and the air conditioner,and achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
