基于CFD仿真的喷气增焓管压力脉动分析及改善 被引量:2

摘要 涡旋压缩机喷气增焓管路内部的强压力脉动易与喷射阀阀体共振导致阀体破损,为了解决这一问题,采用CFD仿真研究了喷气增焓管内压力脉动产生和传播的机理,并基于此提出了孔形和孔数目优化等压力脉动衰减技术方案,通过压力脉动测试发现所提出的方案ARI30-120四个转速下OA值(0~1000 Hz)的降低幅度平均约为30%,验证了压力脉动产生机理分析和所建立CFD仿真方法的有效性,研究可为喷气增焓涡旋压缩机压力脉动导致的振动和噪声改善提供理论依据及具体方案。 The strong pressure pulsation in the vapor-injection tube of scroll compressor is easy to resonate with the injection valve,resulting in valve body damage.To solve this problem,CFD simulation is used to study the generation and propagation mechanism of pressure pulsation in the vaporinjection tube.Based on the mechanism of pressure pulsation,the technical schemes of pressure fluctuation attenuation,such as optimization of the holes’shape and number,are put forward.Through the pressure fluctuation test,it is found that the reduction in OA value(0~1000 Hz)of ARI condition for all the proposed schemes is 30%on average,which verifies the effectiveness of the mechanism analysis and proposed CFD method.The study can provide theoretical basis and specific scheme for improving the vibration and noise caused by pressure pulsation of the vapor-injection scroll compressor,and can be applied to other scroll compressors.
