空调搭载TVOC传感器的研究及应用

Research and application of TVOC sensor in air conditioner

在室内TVOC(总挥发性有机化合物)气体是污染气体的最主要组成部分,影响到人们的健康,基于研究室内气体中TVOC产生的机理,并用金属氧化物(MOX)传感器技术精确检测TVOC浓度,为防止TVOC检测波动偏差过大,需要提前进行传感器的老化和空调装配位置的优化来保证传感器检测的准确性。最终结合检测到的TVOC浓度值,利用新风空调的新风功能从室外引入清新空气达到稀释室内TVOC浓度,根据不同的浓度值引入不同的新风量,从而改善室内空气质量。

Indoor TVOC(total volatile organic compounds)gas is the most important component of polluted gas and affects people’s health.Based on the study of the mechanism of TVOC generation in indoor gas,this paper uses metal oxide(MOX)sensor technology to accurately detect the TVOC concentration.In order to prevent excessive fluctuation deviation of TVOC detection,the aging of the sensor and the optimization of the assembly position of the air conditioner need to be carried out in advance to ensure the accuracy of the sensor detection.Finally,combined with the detected TVOC concentration value,the fresh air function of fresh air conditioner is used to introduce fresh air from outside to dilute the indoor TVOC concentration,and different fresh air quantities are introduced according to different concentration values,so as to improve the indoor air quality.
