摘要
为保证空调运动机构定位精度,满足精细化设计以及可靠性要求,在产品设计阶段空调柜机运动机构设计了两种不同的运动机构定位方案,借助公差统计及尺寸链计算方法,对比分析了两种定位方式的运动机构封闭环尺寸链的公差及其不合格率。结果表明:定位基准孔在面板座中部的设计,尺寸链短、公差小、不合格率低,是提升空调定位精度运行稳定性的有效途径,空调结构设计完全可以借助公差及尺寸链计算,指导设计阶段的关键特征的定位设计,以更低成本提高设计效率开发高质量的好产品。
In order to ensure the positioning accuracy of the motion mechanism in the air conditioner and meet the requirements of refined design and reliability,two different positioning schemes for the motion mechanism of the cabinet air conditioner were designed in the product design stage.By means of tolerance statistics and dimensional chain calculation,the tolerance and the unqualified rate of the closed ring size of the kinematic mechanism caused by the two positioning modes are compared and analyzed.The results show that the positioning datum designed in the middle of the panel seat has the advantages of short dimension chain,small tolerance and low unqualified rate,which is an effective way to improve the positioning accuracy and operation stability.Tolerance and dimensional chain calculation can be used to guide the positioning design of key features in the structural design stage of air conditioning,improve design efficiency with lower cost,and develop high-quality products.
