摘要 针对家用电冰箱冷藏保鲜性能指标进行分析验证,从失重率、维生素C保有率两个指标进行定量化检测其保鲜性能,形成产品性能特色量化指标,并将指标制定《特色产品认证实施规则》和《特色产品认证技术规范冷藏冷冻保鲜冰箱认证技术要求》,用于产品性能认证的质量活动。 In order to analyzes and verifies the refrigeration and preservation performance indexes of household refrigerators,quantitatively detects their preservation performance from two indexes,namely weight loss rate and vitamin C retention rate,and forms the characteristic quantitative indexes of product performance.The indexes are formulated as"Implementation Rules for Characteristic Appliance Certification"and"Technical Specifications for Characteristic Appliance Certification–Technical Requirements for Certification of Freshkeeping Refrigerators",which are used for quality activities of product performance certification.
