摘要
从电烤箱能效测评技术研究出发,探讨了电烤箱能效检测关注点及其难点,以IEC 60350-1:2016标准为基础,以传统加热功能为示例,详细探究了其标准耗电量及加热时间计算过程。找出了负载块Hipor的主要成分比例,有利于推动我国加热负载领域的研究。总结了IEC标准整体设计、实验方案及科目设置可供借鉴之处,并提出了能效提高及标准体系建设的建议。
Starting from the research on the energy efficiency testing technology of electric ovens,this paper discusses the difficulties of the energy efficiency testing of electric oven.Based on the IEC 60350-1:2016 standard,taking the traditional heating function as an example,it explores the calculation process of the standard power consumption and heating time in detail.The proportion of the main components of the load block Hipor is found out,which is helpful to promote the research of heating load.This paper summarizes the overall design,experimental scheme and subject setting of IEC standard for reference,and put forward suggestions for improving energy efficiency and standard system.
