越南社会主义定向市场经济中的定向问题探析

A Study on the Issue of Orientation in Socialist-Oriented Market Economy in Vietnam

社会主义定向市场经济是越南过渡时期的总体经济模式,其独特性体现在"社会主义定向"上。这一定向可溯源至马克思主义过渡时期理论,有着丰富而具体的内涵,在政治层面上体现为越南共产党的领导和国家宏观管理,在经济层面上体现为以国有经济为主导的多种所有制结构和以劳动成果、经济效果为主的多元化分配制度,在思想层面上体现为以马列主义、胡志明思想为指导和人民当家作主。尽管定向明确,但越南的市场经济在建设和完善过程中仍然面临诸多挑战,需要引起警惕和深入思考。

The socialist oriented market economy is the overall economic model of the transitional period in Vietnam,and its uniqueness is embodied in the"socialist orientation".This orientation can be traced back to the Marxist transitional theory,with rich and concrete connotations,embodied the leadership of the Vietnam Communist Party and the state macro management in the political level,at the economic level embodied as multi-ownership structure with leadership of the state-owned economy and the diversified distribution system dominated by the fruits of labor,economic effects,at the ideological level is reflected in the guidance of Marxism-Leninism,Ho Chi Minh thought and the people becoming the masters.Though the orientation is clear,Vietnam market economy is still facing many challenges in construction and improvement process,which needs to be vigilant and in-depth thinking.
