Half Ring Group-welding Process of Crane Gantry Frame

在介绍起重机台车架半环的制造形式与工艺要求的基础上,提出了半环阻焊工艺。给出了半环阻焊结构,进行了工装设计,并论述了半环圆弧板压制、焊接工艺评定、焊接、粗车加工。将半环阻焊工艺与铸钢件、整板套料切割进行成本对比分析,得出半环阻焊工艺是最优方案。

On the basis of introducing the manufacturing form and process requirement of the half ring of the crane gantry frame,the half ring group-welding process was proposed.The structure of the half ring group-welding was given,the tooling design was carried out,and the pressing of the half-ring circular arc plate,the qualification of the welding procedure,the welding,and the rough turning were discussed.Comparing and analyzing the cost of the half ring group-welding process,the cast steel and the nest-cutting from whole plate,it is concluded that the half ring group-welding process is the best solution.
