摘要 通过对CK5116型数控单柱立车单臂横梁上垂直刀架质心水平移动产生误差进行分析,对CK5116型数控单柱立车进行了平衡补偿。介绍了平衡补偿结构和具体平衡补偿措施,采用电子液压平衡方法,以电子水平仪作为传感检测元件,实现闭环控制,从原理上解决误差问题,进而保证CK5116型数控单柱立车的加工精度。 By analyzing the error caused by the horizontal movement of the centroid of the vertical tool rest on the single-arm beam of the CK5116 CNC single-column vertical lathe,the balance compensation of the CK5116 CNC single-column vertical lathe was carried out.The balance compensation structure and specific balance compensation measures were introduced.The electronic hydraulic balance method was adopted,and the electronic level was used as the sensing and detection element to realize the closed-loop control and solve the error problem in principle,so as to ensure the machining accuracy of the CK5116 CNC single-column vertical lathe.
