摘要 随着信息化与工业化的深度融合,大数据技术由于自身海量性、多样性、高速性特点,已逐渐渗透至机械设计领域。从基于个性化需求数据、基于工况数据、基于维护维修数据三方面介绍了面向数据采集的机械装备,从装备智能设计和装置智能设计两方面对基于工业大数据的机械装备智能化设计进行了综述。装备智能设计包括通用机床设备、工业机器人,装置智能设计包括齿轮传动装置、主轴部件、直线运动单元。 With the deep integration of informatization and industrialization,big data technology has gradually penetrated into the field of mechanical design due to its characteristics of mass,diversity and high speed.The mechanical equipment for data collection was introduced from three aspects—based on personalized demand data,based on working condition data,and based on maintenance and repair data,and the intelligent design of mechanical equipment based on industrial big data was summarized from two aspects—intelligent design of equipment and intelligent design of device.The intelligent design of equipment includes general machine tool equipment and industrial robot,and the intelligent design of device includes gear transmission,spindle component and linear motion unit.
