高校商务英语教师专业发展生态环境的构建 被引量:2

摘要 环境是教师专业发展的内在核心和关键因素。基于教育生态学理论,对国内某高校的35名商务英语教师进行叙事问卷调查和质性访谈,揭示其专业发展现状及相关的生态环境影响因素。研究发现,商务英语教师当前的生存环境存在一定的问题,具体表现为:多重角色的压力,“唯论文”倾向的考核晋升制度以及自身主体意识缺失等。为此,应从心理环境、规范环境、社会环境三个维度进行重建,具体而言,有三条构建路径:构建生态共生的商务英语教师专业学习共同体;培养商务英语教师职业认同感;完善商务英语教师管理与评价体系。 Environment is the inner core and key factor of teacher professional development.Business English teachers, as a new group emerging in recent years, need professional guidance to improve their quality.Based on the theory of ecology of education, a narrative questionnaire survey and qualitative interview were conducted among 35 business English teachers from a university in China to reveal their professional development status and related factors affecting ecological environment.The research finds that there are some problems in the current living environment of business English teachers, which are manifested in the pressure of multiple roles, the assessment and promotion system with the tendency of “only paper” and the lack of subjective consciousness.To this end, it is necessary to reconstruct from three dimensions: psychological environment, normative environment and social environment.Specifically, there are three paths as follows: constructing a professional learning community for business English teachers with ecological symbiosis;cultivating business English teachers’ professional identity;improving the management and evaluation system for business English teachers.
