政党生命力是关乎一个政党的生存、执政的能力及时长的命题。政党生命力及其建设具有历史必然性、理论指导性、实践探索性和制度规定性等内在逻辑。通过比较的视阈对政党生命力建设进行探赜,可以发现,无论是中国共产党还是其他政党,增强生命力、提升执政力的密钥,都离不开政党建设的高度自觉、广泛的民众基础及优异的执政绩效等要素的支撑。中国共产党历经百年,能够探寻到破除执政周期率的方法,就是因为中国共产党有着马克思主义政党本色、谋求以人民为中心的发展、坚持将自我革命进行到底和系统性开放性创新性的生命力建设方法论自觉。

The vitality of a political Party is related to the survival of a political Party, the ability to govern and the length of time in office.The vitality of political Party and its construction have inherent logic such as historical necessity, theoretical guidance, practice exploration system regulation, etc.Exploring the vitality of political parties through a comparative perspective, we find that no matter the CPC or other political parties, the key to enhance vitality and governance cannot be separated from such factors as the support of the high consciousness of party construction, broad popular base, excellent governance performance, etc.After a hundred years, the CPC has been able to find a way to break the periodic rule of governance, because it is a Marxist political Party, pursues people-centered development, persists in carrying out self-revolution to the end, and adheres to the systematic, open and innovative methodology consciousness of vitality building.
