中国式现代化是近代以来中国人民渴盼已久的梦想和矢志不渝的追求,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必由之路。从历史进程看,中国式现代化经历了觉醒、探索、开创、创新四个阶段。从基本特征看,中国式现代化实现了现代化的发展规律普遍性与特殊性相统一,压缩性过程与和平性赶超相统一,全面性发展与同步性治理相统一。从实践要求看,中国式现代化必须处理好党的领导与人民主体的关系、全局与部分的关系、经济发展与文化创新的关系、生态保护与经济发展的关系、中国与世界的关系。
