在全面推进中国式现代化过程中,新生代农民工主观幸福感是关乎幸福中国建设的重大问题。不同代际及来源地的新生代农民工,其主观幸福感与网络社会支持的关系存在显著差异。新生代农民工的主观幸福感总体处于中等水平,但网络社会支持的不同维度对不同代际新生代农民工主观幸福感的影响存在显著差异。因此,网络媒介应深入考量新生代农民工群体的代际异质需求,建立与完善针对不同代际农民工的网络社会支持体系,以有效提升网络时代新生代农民工的主观幸福感。网络媒介除了以信息服务者角色满足新生代农民工的基本需求外,还应主动地、有差别地关注不同代际及不同来源地的新生代农民工,进而促进社会的发展。

In the process of comprehensively promoting Chinese path to modernization,it is significant to pay attention to the subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers,which is related to the construction of the Happiness China.There are significant differences in the relationship between subjective well-being and online social support among new generation migrant workers of different generations and places of origin.The subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers is generally at a medium level,but different dimensions of online social support have significant differences on the subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers of different generations.Therefore,the network media should deeply consider the heterogeneous needs of the new generation of migrant workers,establish and improve the network social support system for different generations of migrant workers,so as to effectively promote the subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers in the network era.In addition to meeting the basic needs of the new generation of migrant workers as information service providers,network media should also actively and differently pay attention to the new generation of migrant workers in different times and from different sources,so as to have a more positive impact on social development.
