对于宣传鼓动来说,时局大变动和形势剧烈演变势必会构成巨大挑战。在局势多变的大革命时期,中国共产党在宣传工作中投入主要精力,针对形势变化,进行了一系列在复杂形势下社会动员的有益探索,实现了宣传鼓动目标与历史变局动因的一致,注重在历史变局的考验中不断巩固宣传鼓动阵地,根据历史变局特点探索宣传鼓动的策略方法,重视宣传鼓动对历史变局走向的预判和回应。从时局变化角度梳理这一时期中国共产党宣传工作,对于党在中华民族伟大复兴全局和世界百年未有之大变局交汇的新时代开展宣传工作具有一定参考和启示。

For propaganda and agitation,the big changes in the current situation and the dramatic evolution of the situation are bound to pose a huge challenge.In the turbulent times of the Revolution,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has devoted major energy to its publicity work and made a series of useful explorations of social mobilization under complex circumstances in light of the changing situation,its goal of propaganda and agitation was consistent with the cause of historical change,focused on consolidating propaganda and agitation positions in the face of historical changes,explored propaganda and agitation strategies based on the characteristics of historical changes,and attached importance to publicity and agitation in anticipating and responding to historical changes.A review of the CPC’s propaganda work in this period from the perspective of changes in the current situation is of certain reference and enlightenment value for the CPC’s propaganda work in the new era of the convergence of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the great changes unseen in the world in a century.
