摘要
数字媒介时代,社交媒体在应对突发公共卫生事件中扮演着愈发重要的角色,其在线社会支持为突发事件下的关系互动扩展了新场域。新冠肺炎疫情初期,新浪微博“肺炎患者求助”超话凭借平台特性建构了多元主体协同参与的任务型自组织,推动了从线上求助到线下救治的任务解决。同时,超话平台搭建的新关系场域使得不同节点在支持互动中形成了“合作型的信任”,从而有效疏导了群体情绪、缓解了社会风险,体现出技术向善的一面。超话救助成为社交媒体互助中个体应对突发公共卫生事件的新实践模式。
In the age of digital media,social media plays an increasingly important role in responding to public health emergencies,and its online social support has expanded the field of relationship interaction under emergencies.In the early days of the novel coronavirus outbreak,the Super Topic“Help for Pneumonia Patients”on Sina Weibo built a task-based self-organization with the collaborative participation of multiple subjects by relying on the characteristics of the platform,promoting the task solution from online help to offline treatment.At the same time,the new relationship field built by the Super Topic platform enables different nodes to form“cooperative trust”in the support interaction,thus effectively channeled group emotions,alleviated social risks,and reflected the positive side of technology.The Super topic help has become a new practice mode for individuals to deal with public health emergencies in social media mutual assistance.
