摘要
滑环堆栈是单点系泊系统的核心设备,其研制技术长期以来一直被国外几家公司所垄断。文中给出了可解脱内转塔式单点系泊滑环堆栈的总体设计方案,构建了滑环堆栈的力学模型,采用有限元仿真分析方法,对可解脱内转塔式单点系泊滑环堆栈的结构进行力学分析,包括强度、刚度、屈曲、模态计算。仿真结果表明:滑环堆栈结构在各种工况下,其屈服强度和屈曲强度等都满足船级社规范要求。为后续单点系泊滑环堆栈的研发提供参考。
Swivel stack is a core device of single point mooring system,its develop technology is monopolized by foreign several companys for a long time.General scheme of the swivel stack is designed for disconnectable internal turret single point mooring system,mechanics model of the swivel stack is established,finite element simulation analysis method is adopted,mechanics analysis is done to the structure of the swivel stack for disconnectable internal turret single point mooring system,include strength,stiffness,buckling and vibration mode.Simulation results show that the yield strength and buckling strength etc.of the swivel stack can fulfill the ship classification society rules under various loading conditions.The results can provide references to the design of swivel stack for single point mooring system.
