摘要
抽水蓄能机组启动频繁,运行工况复杂。顶盖和座环作为重要的结构部件,其结构设计以及顶盖和座环联接螺栓的设计直接影响着整个机组安全稳定运行。以某抽水蓄能电站机组为例,深入分析了联接螺栓分别在常规设计思路和整体建模数值计算下不同工况的特性参数,并进行了对比分析和安全评价,为联接螺栓特性参数如何更准确地进行评判提供了参考。
Pumped storage units start frequently and operate under complex conditions.As important structural components,the design of the head cover and stay ring as well as the design of their connecting bolts directly affect the safe and stable operation of the entire unit.This paper takes a pumped storage power station unit as an example,deeply analyzes the characteristic parameters of connecting bolts under different working conditions in conventional design thinking and numerical calculations for overall modeling.It also conducts comparative analysis and safety evaluation,providing a reference for how to more accurately evaluate the characteristic parameters of connecting bolts.
