摘要
通过2000多次试验,研究者以焊接工艺及焊接设备对焊丝的要求为重要关注点,深挖焊丝原材料在焊丝制造过程中其内部力学性能、表面防锈性能、导电性能、在焊接过程中焊丝与焊接设备的匹配性能、以及焊接后冶金性能的全过程变化,揭示了焊丝存在质量问题的本质所在,最终确立了前置涂覆纳米超润滑与超强防腐涂层复合材料的新材料及工艺方法。
This study conducted over 2000 experiments,focusing on the requirements of welding processes and equipment for welding wires.The researchers delved into the internal mechanical properties,surface rust resistance,conductivity,matching performance between welding wire and welding equipment during the welding process,and the overall changes in metallurgical properties after welding of welding wire raw materials.The essence of the quality problems of welding wire was revealed,and a new material and process method for pre coated nano super lubrication and super strong anti-corrosion coating composite materials were ultimately established.
