摘要
随着数字化技术的发展,桥式起重机作为重要的特种设备,在智能化改造中扮演着至关重要的角色。在构建桥式起重机智能化健康管理系统时,以桥式起重机的物理实体与其数字孪生模型之间的实时数据映射为基础,建立了基于数字孪生技术的桥式起重机的虚拟仿真模型,从数据采集与预处理模块、数据存储与管理模块、状态监测与故障诊断模块、决策支持与推荐模块4个部分着手建立具有良好视觉效果的可视化交互平台,实现了设备运行状态监测、故障诊断、维护修理方案推荐等功能,提升了桥式起重机运行的安全和效率,构建时充分考虑系统模块化设计和可扩展性,为类似工业设备的智能管理提供了新的思路和方法。
With the development of digital technology,bridge crane,as an important special equipment,plays a vital role in intelligent transformation.When constructing the intelligent health management system of bridge crane,based on the real-time data mapping between the physical entity of bridge crane and its digital twin model,a virtual simulation model of bridge crane based on digital twin technology is established.A visual interactive platform with good visual effects is established from four parts:data acquisition and preprocessing module,data storage and management module,condition monitoring and fault diagnosis module,decision support and recommendation module.The functions of equipment operation condition monitoring,fault diagnosis,maintenance and repair scheme recommendation are realized,and the safety and efficiency of bridge crane operation are improved.The modular design and scalability of the system are fully considered in the construction,which provides new ideas and methods for the intelligent management of similar industrial equipment.
