摘要
限速装置作为一种超速保护装置,广泛地应用于绞车、升降机和电梯等的超速保护中。该研究根据实际工程项目研制的需要,针对某型飞机登机门重力下放过程中超速保护的要求,设计了一种能够控制登机门下落速度的新型舱门限速装置。根据舱门限速装置的工作原理,通过对登机门的受力分析,建立了力矩平衡方程,通过理论推导获取了舱门限速装置的输入载荷。针对舱门限速装置中关键部件行星齿轮增速器研究了NGW型和NGWN型不同组合方式对其性能、轴向尺寸、零件总数及质量的影响,确定出了最优的行星齿轮增速器的结构方案。最后,采用ANSYS Workbench软件对三级2K-H行星齿轮增速器的关键零部件进行了静力学分析,得到了模型的当量应力和应变。研究结果表明,三级2K-H行星齿轮结构在减少零件总数、缩短轴向距离、静强度条件方面优于其他结构形式,为后续的实物产出和静力试验提供理论支撑。
As a kind of overspeed protection device,speed limiting device is widely used in the overspeed protection of winch,lift,elevator,etc.According to the need of actual project development,a new type of door speed limiting device which can control the falling speed of the door is designed to meet the requirements of overspeed protection during gravity lowering of a certain type of aircraft passenger door.According to the working principle of the door speed limiting device,the torque balance equation was established through the force analysis of the passenger door,and the input load of the door speed limiting device was obtained through theoretical derivation.The influence of different combinations of NGW type and NGWN type on the performance,axial size,total number of parts and weight of the key component of the door speed limiting device was studied.The optimal structure scheme of planetary gear accelerator is determined.Finally,the core parts of the three-stage 2K-H planetary gear accelerator are analyzed statically by using ANSYS Workbench software,and the equivalent stress and strain of the model are obtained.The results show that the three-stage 2K-H planetary gear structure is superior to other structural forms in reducing the total number of parts,shortening axial distance and static strength conditions,which provides theoretical support for the subsequent physical output and static test。
