摘要
某耐压器在水下工作,其内部装载一定的设备并以一定的速度出筒,出筒时耐压器与筒管不能发生干涉。文中提出了不同约束条件下的出筒运动方程,以耐压器基本外形结构及筒管基本参数为依据,根据分析结果判定耐压器与筒管发生干涉的质浮心间距临界条件,从而为后续内部装载结构优化及设备轻量化提供理论依据。
The pressure-resistant vessel operates underwater with certain equipment loaded inside and ejected from the cylinder at a certain speed.During the ejection process,there must be no intereference between the pressure-resistant vessel and the cylinder tube.The article presents equations of motion for the ejection process under different constraint conditions.Based on the basic structural shape of the pressure-resistant vessel and the fundamental paremeters of thecylinder tube,the critical condition for the distance between the center of buoyancy and the center of mass that should cause interference between the pressure-resistant vessel and the cylinder tube is determined through analysis.This provides a theoretical basis for subsequent optimization of the internal loading structure and the lightweight design of the equeipment.
