摘要
为解决花生播种问题,设计并制作了一款新型的花生播种一体机。该播种机主要由蜗轮蜗杆传动机构、传送带机构、链传动机构、紧固带及主控板等组成。通过对工作原理的剖析,对控制部分的研究,完成了实物模型的制作。经试验,模型尺寸为51 cm×27 cm×18 cm,当花生播种一体机前进速度不断提高时,播种质量整体呈下降趋势,播种合格率为85.83%,为花生播种机研究奠定了基础。
To solve the problem of peanut sowing,a new type of peanut sowing all-in-one machine was designed and manufactured.The seeder is mainly composed of a worm gear transmission mechanism,a conveyor belt mechanism,a chain transmission mechanism,a fastening belt,and a main control board.By analyzing the working principle and studying the control part,the physical model has been completed.Through experimental testing,the model size is 51 cm×27 cm×18 cm.As the forward speed of the peanut sowing machine continues to increase,the overall sowing quality shows a downward trend,and the sowing qualification rate is 85.83%.This has laid the foundation for the research of peanut seeders.
