摘要
为解决谷物播种难的问题,研制了一款谷物播种机。该机器由处理土壤机构、窝眼轮输粮系统和处理谷物播种装置组成。剖析了装置的工作机理,通过SolidWorks三维软件对装置的结构进行了设计。制作了装置模型样机,尺寸为800 mm×475 mm×700 mm,机器配备的特制窝眼盘侧面安装有24个窝眼槽孔,每个孔每次可播种2~3粒谷子,旋转一周可完成24次约0.3 m 60颗的谷子播种,经试验测试结果表明:采用冀谷20进行播种试验,完成一组24次谷子播种和处理需3.21 s的时间,每次播种间距约为0.012 m,1 min播种约450次,行进距离约为5.5 m。以完成20 m的一行农地的播种为例,所需时间为240.02 s。该机器相对于大型收割农机工作效率更高,体积更小,可以通过手机远程操控,满足谷物的定量精确播种要求。
To solve the problem of difficult grain sowing,a grain sowing machine has been developed.This machine consists of a soil processing mechanism,a hole wheel grain conveying system,and a grain processing sowing device.Analyzed the working mechanism of the device and designed its structure using SolidWorks 3D software.We have produced a prototype device model with a size of 800 mm×475 mm×700 mm,the machine is equipped with a specially designed hole tray with 24 hole slots installed on the side.Each hole can sow 2 to 3 grains of millet at a time.By rotating it once,it can complete 24 times of about 0.3 m and 60 grains of millet sowing.The test results show that using Jigu 20 for sowing experiments takes about 3.21 seconds to complete a set of 24 times of millet sowing and processing,with a sowing spacing of about 0.012 m each time.About 450 seeds can be sown in 1 minute,and the travel distance is about 5.5 m.Taking the sowing of a 20 m row of farmland as an example,the required time is 240.02 s This machine has higher work efficiency and smaller size compared to large harvesting agricultural machinery,and can be remotely controlled through a mobile phone to meet the quantitative and accurate sowing requirements of grain sowing.
