摘要
利用车身模型进行仿真分析预测白车身疲劳薄弱环节,通过开发车身与标杆车身进行疲劳试验,进一步考核白车身薄弱环节并确定其疲劳寿命水平,从而获得最优的优化方案,同时验证仿真分析精度,最后通过优化再次进行疲劳试验验证。
Make use of the body in white(BIW)model to simulate and analyze the weak link of the body fatigue.Bye using the developed BIW and benchmark BIW for fatigue test,further check the weak link of the developed BIW and determine it’s fatigue life level,thus,obtain the optimal scheme,and verify the accuracy of the simulation analysis,finally,the fatigue test was verified through optimization.
