航天发射塔架大型回转轴承维护方法与设备研究

Research on maintenance method and equipment for large-scale slewing bearing of space launch tower

航天发射塔架回转平台部件通常尺寸较大、机械系统组成复杂,轴承在塔架建设安装完成后,一般不再进行更换,但由于其结构特殊性,需定期对轴承部件进行拆解维护和健康状况检查,目前尚无成熟方法。文中设计制作了一套在不进行大规模拆解的前提下实现塔架在用回转轴承内部润滑脂冲洗、清洗液过滤及回收等功能的装置,可为塔架配备1套轴承维护设备,便于轴承的维护保养,有效提高塔架的可靠性,保障塔架处于良好工作状态。

The rotating platform components of the space launch tower are usually large in size and complex in mechanical system composition.After the construction and installation of the tower,the bearings are generally no longer replaced.However,due to its structural particularity,it is necessary to regularly disassemble and maintain the bearing components and check the health status.At present,there is no mature method.In this paper,a set of device is designed and manufactured to realize the functions of grease flushing、cleaning fluid filtration and recovery in the rotary bearing of the tower without large-scale disassembly.The tower can be equipped with a set of bearing maintenance equipment to facilitate the maintenance of bearings,which can effectively improve the reliability of the tower and ensure that the tower is in good working condition.
