龙门机床作为通用机床中的主要产品,在机床产品中占有很大的市场份额。机床主轴作为关键部件之一,其系统的模块化规划与设计,须满足立式加工类设备的整体需求,其中,重载型主轴系统主要用于重型机床,文中介绍了作为龙门类机床主要部件之一的主轴系统的模块化设计和难点问题解决办法。

As one of the main products of general machine tools,gantry machine tools occupy a large market share.As one of the key components,the modular planning and design of the machine tool spindle system must cover the overall requirements of the whole vertical processing equipment,and the heavy-duty spindle system is mainly used for heavy-duty machine tools.This paper introduces the modular design and difficult problem solution of the spindle system as one of the main components of gantry machine tools.
