防喷器自动拆装系统研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 防喷器使用一段时间后需及时进行检测与维修,维修质量的好坏直接影响其使用性能,进而影响钻井现场井控本质安全。目前,国内防喷器在井控维修车间内的检测与维修以人力为主,人员劳动强度大,自动化程度低,维修效率低下,维修过程存在较多安全隐患。开展了防喷器自动拆装系统的研究,研制的自动拆装系统可实现防喷器维修过程中防喷器翻转、螺栓拆装、侧门开启、闸板更换等工序的自动化操作。制定了防喷器自动拆装系统的设计方案,对其零件结构、控制系统进行设计,并开展了室内试验与应用。试验结果表明:该防喷器自动拆装系统拆装动作迅速准确,符合设计要求,自动化程度高,显著减轻了工人的劳动强度,提升了维修过程的安全性和自动化水平,提高了防喷器维修效率及维修质量。 After a period of use,blowout preventers need to be inspected and repaired in time.The quality of maintenance directly affects the performance of blowout preventers,and then affects the intrinsic safety of well control site.At present,the detection and maintenance of blowout preventer in well control maintenance workshop in China are mainly based on manpower,with high labor intensity,low degree of automation,low maintenance efficiency,and many potential safety hazards in the maintenance process.The automatic disassembly system can realize the automatic operation of BOP turnover,bolt disassembly,side door opening,RAM replacement and other processes in the process of BOP maintenance.The design scheme of automatic disassembly system for BOP is established,and the parts structure and control system are designed.The indoor test and application are carried out.The test results show that the automatic disassembly and assembly system of blowout preventer has rapid and accurate disassembly and assembly action,meets the design requirements,has high degree of automation,significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the safety of maintenance process,and improves the maintenance efficiency and quality of blowout preventer.
