摘要 介绍了模态分析法的本质及锚杆支护试验台组成。以试验台架为研究对象,建立了台架有限元分析模型。对其进行了一般模态分析和预应力模态分析。提取了试验台架12阶模态的频率、振型图等固有振动特性。比较了试验台架一般模态分析结果和预应力模态分析结果的统一性与差异性。从有限单元法原理及振动力学角度,分析了两种分析结果差异的原因,提出了试验台架预应力模态分析和减振设计建议,为锚杆支护可靠性提升奠定了基础。 introduced the ess ence of modal analysis method and the composition of bolt support test-bed.Taking the test bench as the research object,the finite element analysis model of the bench was established.The general modal analysis and prestress modal analysis of the test bench were carried out.The natural vibration characteristics such as frequency and vibration mode diagram of the twelfth order mode of the test bench were extracted.The unity and difference between the results of the general modal analysis and the prestress modal analysis results of the test bench were compared.The reasons for the difference between the two analysis results are analyzed from the perspective of the principle of finite element method and vibration mechanics,The prestressed modal analysis and vibration reduction design suggestions of the test bench were put forward,It laid a foundation for improving the reliability of bolt support.
