摘要 行驶平顺性与操纵稳定性是汽车的主要性能评价指标,两者之间存在相互耦合又相互制约的复杂关系,文中对某乘用车进行动力学分析,建立数学模型,并基于Simulink建立7自由度平顺性模型和3自由度操纵稳定性模型,了解并分析两大性能之间的复杂关系。选取悬架的力学特性参数作为优化变量,以行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性的相关评价指标为优化目标,建立多系统级多目标优化模型,采用多目标优化算法,得到Pareto前沿,确定出最优解,结果表明,优化后行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性都得以提升。 Ride comfort and handling stability are the main performance evaluation indicators of vehicles,and there is a complex relationship of mutual coupling and mutual restriction between them.This paper analyzes the dynamics of a passenger car,establishes a mathematical model,and establishes a 7-DOF ride comfort model and a 3-DOF handling stability model based on Simulink to understand and analyze the complex relationship between the two performances.Select the mechanical characteristic parameters of the suspension as the optimization variables,take the relevant evaluation indexes of ride comfort and handling stability as the optimization objectives,establish a multi-system level multi-objective optimization model,and use the multi-objective optimization algorithm to obtain the Pareto front,and determine the optimal solution.The results show that the ride comfort and handling stability are improved after optimization.
