摘要
针对人工巡检工作量大、巡检效率低、恶劣天气下易发生安全隐患,无法及时报送微量气体泄漏、温度、声音等故障信息,设计了一款智能井场巡检机器人,包括控制模块﹑行走机构、GPS定位模块、避障模块和摄像模块,能够实现24 h对井场实现声音、温度、有害气体的检测,通过无线传输系统将数据反馈至控制系统实现油井故障的实时反馈。该机器人系统代替人工工作,解决了人工巡检效率低、恶劣天气下无法巡检等问题。
in view of the heavy workload of manual patrol inspection,low efficiency of patrol inspection,potential safety hazards in bad weather,and the failure information such as trace gas leakage,temperature and sound cannot be submitted in time,an intelligent well pad patrol robot is designed,including control module,walking mechanism,GPS positioning module,obstacle avoidance module and camera module,which can detect the sound,temperature and harmful gas in the well pad 24 hours,The data is fed back to the control system through the wireless transmission system to realize the real-time feedback of oil well fault.The robot system replaces manual work and solves the problems of low efficiency of manual inspection and inability to inspect in bad weather.
