基于Kano模型与TRIZ理论的台灯创新设计研究

Innovative design of table lamp based on TRIZ theory

为了改善传统台灯在外观设计、功能应用、光源选择等方面存在的各种问题,为满足不同年龄阶段用户的照明需求,从优选光源、改良外观、创新功能等方面进行台灯设计。首先,基于Kano模型对不同年龄段的用户需求进行详细的分析;然后,利用TRIZ理论中的功能分析、因果分析法,对现有台灯存在的各种问题进行分析;最后,分析出台灯各设计要素之间的矛盾冲突,根据TRIZ理论的40项发明原理,分析出解决台灯设计中各项矛盾冲突的最佳发明原理,再结合市面上现有台灯在使用时的弊端作为问题出发点,设计出最优方案。文中方案能够有效解决目前市面上台灯出现的各种问题,如拆卸、使用及外观等,并形成科学的设计方案。

In order to improve the appearance design,function application,light source selection and other problems of traditional table lamps,and to meet the lighting needs of users at different ages,table lamp design is carried out from the aspects of optimizing light sources,improving appearance,and innovating functions.First,based on Kano model,the user needs of different age groups are analyzed in detail;Then the function analysis and cause effect analysis in TRIZ theory are used to analyze various problems existing in table lamps;Finally,the contradictions and conflicts among the design elements of the table lamp are analyzed.According to the 40 invention principles of TRIZ theory,the best invention principle to solve the contradictions and conflicts in the design of the table lamp is analyzed.Combined with the drawbacks of the existing table lamp in the market when it is used,the optimal scheme is designed.The scheme in this paper can effectively solve various problems of table lamps on the market,such as disassembly,use and appearance,and form a scientific design scheme.
