大型壳板自动检测和校正设备的控制系统

摘要 文中介绍了大型壳板或壳圈结构件的圆度和直线度自动检测和校正设备的电气控制系统的构成。根据不同的结构件尺寸范围较大的需求,搭建了以西门子S7-1500系列PLC为总控,台式工控机为人机交互窗口,高精度激光测距传感器为圆度及直线度检测系统,基于PROFINET现场总线通讯的综合控制系统。该控制系统实现了工装快速换型、工件快速精准定位、工件圆度和直线度检测、工件识别、液压油缸精确校正,摆脱了完全依赖于人工的多次测量和多次校正的传统工艺,明显提高了工件的整体校圆质量,降低了人工成本,并大大提高了校正效率。 This paper mainly introduces the composition of the electrical control system of the automatic detection and correction equipment for roundness and straightness of large shell plate or shell ring structure.According to the requirement of large size range of different structural parts,an integrated control system based on PROFINET field bus communication is built,which takes Siemens S7-1500 series PLC as the overall control,desktop industrial computer as the human-computer interaction window,high-precision laser ranging sensor as the roundness and straightness detection system.The control system realizes the quick change of tooling,the fast and accurate positioning of work,the detection of work roundness and straightness,the identification of work,and the accurate correction of hydraulic cylinder.It gets rid of the traditional technology that completely depends on manual multiple measurement and multiple correction,obviously improves the overall calibration quality of work,reduces labor cost,and greatly improves the correction efficiency.
