阵列狭缝冲击射流对带钢镀后冷却的影响分析

摘要 针对阵列狭缝冲击射流在镀后冷却应用中的参数设计及提效节能优化问题,基于理论设计,结合模拟软件与现场应用实测数据及反馈,对狭缝冲击射流在镀后冷却设计中的应用进行分析研究,揭示各设计参数与冷却效果的关系,通过控制风量来优化变量,提效节能,给出工程设计中参数的优化推荐值,为实际工程项目设计提供指导。结合相关研究对风箱与风嘴结构进行改进,在工程应用上取得了良好效果。文中研究对缝式冷却模型的开发和应用具有借鉴意义。 In this paper,the application of strip steel cooling after plating was analyzed based on the theoretical design,numerical simulation and the application data.The relationship between the design parameters and the cooling effects was revealed.The variables were optimized by controlling the air volume in order to improve efficiency and save energy.The optimal parameters in engineering design are recommended,providing guidance for actual project design.The structure of the bellow and nozzle is improved,which has been applied to engineering and good effects are achieved.The research of this paper has reference significance for the development and application of slot cooling model.
