摘要
利用有限元分析软件对大型多向伺服液压机多缸配合分步压制多种工况全仿真模拟进行分析,建立大型伺服液压机机身全仿真模型,在预紧力及多缸配合分步压制多种工况下,对垂直机身和水平机身进行全仿真模拟分析,保证多向伺服液压机的机身强度和刚度满足设计,达到实际使用工况要求。结果表明:该多向伺服液压机垂直机身和水平机身在满载工况下,多缸配合分步压制多种工况下机身应力小于许用应力,同时刚度满足使用工况要求。研究方法和结果为大型伺服液压机多缸分步压制多种工况下的垂直与水平机身的设计提供指导。
The finite element analysis software is used to analyze the full simulation simulation of large multi-directional servo hydraulic press multi-cylinder with step-by-step pressing of various working conditions,establish a full simulation model of large-scale servo press fuselage,and conduct full simulation analysis of vertical fuselage and horizontal fuselage under various working conditions of preload and multi-cylinder step-by-step suppression,so as to ensure that the strength and stiffness of the multi-directional servo hydraulic press meet the design and meet the actual working conditions.The results show that the vertical and horizontal fuselage of the multi-directional servo hydraulic press are under full load conditions,the multi-cylinder with stepby-step pressing fuselage stress is less than the permissible stress,and the stiffness meets the requirements of the use condition,and the research methods and results provide guidance for the design of the vertical and horizontal fuselage under multiple working conditions of the multi-cylinder step-by-step suppression of large servo hydraulic presses.
