摘要 文中提出了一种电动推杆的设计方案,并通过动力学与有限元仿真结合分析,对此设计方案的正确性进行了验证。首先,从实际需求出发对电动推杆提出了设计要求,并根据设计要求提出了电动推杆的具体设计方案,对电动推杆进行了整体结构设计;其次,在动力学软件中对此设计的运动特性进行了仿真分析,并依据分析结果确定了驱动电机的相应参数;最后,对电动推杆中,不能外购、需要设计制作的关键零部件进行了有限元分析,校核其结构强度。文中研究为具体电动推杆的设计提供相应理论参考。 This paper presents a design scheme of electric cylinder.The correctness of the design scheme is verified by dynamic and finite element simulation analysis.Firstly,starting from the actual demand,this paper puts forward the design requirements of the electric cylinder,and puts forward the specific design scheme of the electric cylinder according to the design requirements.The overall structure of the electric cylinder is designed.Secondly,the motion characteristics of this design are simulated and analyzed in the dynamics software,and the corresponding parameters of the driving motor are determined according to the analysis results.Finally,the key parts of the electric cylinder that cannot be purchased and need to be designed and manufactured are analyzed by finite element method to check its structural strength.The research of this paper can provide corresponding theoretical reference for the design of specific electric cylinder.
