摘要
针对装载机摇臂在大载荷下容易断裂的情况,通过动力学仿真分析,对装载机工作装置进行了模拟仿真,并采用拓扑优化设计和响应面优化设计,对摇臂的几何结构进行了优化,增加了其结构强度并将其几何质量减小了41.1%,实现了装载机摇臂的轻量化设计,解决了大载荷下易断裂问题,提高了经济效益。
Aiming at the situation that rocker arm of loader is easy to break under heavy load,the loader working device is simulated through dynamic simulation analysis.The geometrical structure of rocker arm is optimized by topological optimization design and response surface optimization design,which increases its structural strength and reduces its geometrical quality by41.1%.It realizes lightweight design of rocker arm of loader,solves the problem of easy breaking under heavy load and improves economic benefit.
