摘要
针对自动导航运输车上回转支承结构优化与轻量化设计的需求,结合回转支承设计要求和服役环境,以两类结构的单排四点接触球式回转支承为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench对简化后的回转支承三维模型进行静力学分析,研究了回转支承内圈与外圈在轴向设计载荷作用下的接触应力应变大小分布及其变形状态,以及各阶模态参数,为回转支承的结构优化设计及轴承综合性能的提高提供了理论参考。
In response to the requirements for structural optimization and lightweight design of slewing bearings on automated guided vehicles,combined with slewing bearing design requirements and service environment,this paper takes two types of single-row four-point contact ball slewing bearings as the research object,and uses ANSYS Workbench to simplify The latter three-dimensional model of the slewing ring is statically analyzed,and the contact stress and strain distribution and deformation state of the inner ring and outer ring of the slewing ring under the axial design load are studied,and the modal parameters of each order are the structure of the slewing ring.The optimization design and the improvement of the comprehensive performance of the bearing provide a theoretical reference.
