减速器参数化设计知识模板的构建 被引量:7

摘要 针对减速器设计过程中,设计周期长、效率低,提出了一种基于参数化设计知识模板的减速器设计方法。以一级圆柱齿轮减速器为研究对象,根据功能要求和装配原则,明确了其结构层次关系,分析了各层次零组件间尺寸和位置关联关系,构建了层次化的参数化骨架模型。在此基础上,结合关联设计、参数化设计和CATIA的知识工程功能,详细阐述了零件参数化设计模型的构建过程,从而构建起了符合自顶向下设计模式、满足变型设计要求的减速器参数化设计知识模板。实践表明,采用基于参数化设计知识模板的减速器设计方法可大幅提高设计效率,缩短设计周期,并为其他产品的设计提供借鉴。 Aiming at the long design cycle and low efficiency in the design process of reducer,a design method of reducer based on parametric design knowledge template is proposed.Taking the first-level cylindrical gear reducer as the research object,according to the functional requirements and assembly principles,the structural hierarchical relationship is clarified,the size and position relationship between components at various levels are analyzed,and a hierarchical parameterized skeleton model is constructed.On this basis,combined with associative design,parametric design and CATIA’s knowledge engineering function,the construction process of the part parametric design model is elaborated,thereby constructing a reducer that meets the top-down design mode and meets the requirements of variant design Parametric design knowledge template.Practice has shown that the use of the reducer design method based on the parametric design knowledge template can greatly improve the design efficiency,shorten the design cycle,and provide reference for the design of other products.
