融合SET/AHP/TRIZ的老年电动代步车创新设计研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对市场上大多数老年电动代步车在结构和功能上存在的一些设计缺陷,设计出一款新型的老年电动代步车,为老人的出行保驾护航。首先利用SET模式下的用户需求调研分析,发现产品的市场机会缺口,再使用层次分析法对设计要素进行权重计算,确定创新过程中需解决的关键问题,最后应用TRIZ工具解决代步车设计过程中存在的物理、技术冲突。通过融合多种设计方法,得到更加完善的老年电动代步车设计方案,使老人获得更舒适的驾乘体验,同时可为其他产品的创新设计提供参考。 For the majority of th e el derly electric scooter on the market,there are some design defects in structure and function.A new electric scooter for the elderly has been designed to escort the elderly when they travel.First of all,the user demand under SET mode is utilized,which is the research and analysis.A market opportunity gap for the product was identified.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used,which weights design elements.The key issues to be solved during the innovation process were identified,and finally,the TRIZ tool was used to solve the physical and technical conflicts existing in the design process of the scooter.By integrating various design methods,a more perfect electric scooter design scheme can be obtained.Therefore,the elderly get more comfortable driving experience.At the same time,it can provide reference for the innovative design of other products.
