面向增材制造的轻量化炮口制退器创新构型设计与性能改进 被引量:4

摘要 借助火炮发射后效期膛口流场数值仿真方法,对比分析了采用传统结构轻合金炮口制退器与炮钢制退器的性能差异。针对传统制退器性能不平衡问题,提出面向增材制造技术的分体式双模新型制退器结构,针对钛合金炮口制退器防烧蚀性能需要,提出适应性的多孔隙制退器结构。分析表明,两种新型结构制退器最大效率分别超过或达到传统制退器效率水平,相比传统结构轻量化程度更高,同时可实现低冲击波危害及耐烧蚀性等综合效益。 By means of numerical simulation of muzzle flow field during the after-effect period,the performance difference between the traditional structure of light alloy muzzle brake and the gun steel brake is compared.In view of the unbalanced performance of the conventional brakes,a new split-type dual-mode brake structure for additive manufacturing is proposed.To address the need of ablation resistance of titanium alloy muzzle brakes,an adaptive multi-porosity brake structure is proposed.Analysis results show that the maximum efficiency of the two new structures exceed or reach the efficiency level of the conventional one respectively with a lighter weight,and at the same time comprehensive benefits such as low shock wave hazard and ablation resistance are achieved.
