一种轻量型平行轴线齿轮减速器的几何学设计 被引量:1

摘要 线齿轮减速器是一类新型减速器。基于空间共轭曲线啮合理论,对平行轴线齿轮副的传动比的影响因素进行了分析;根据轻量化设计目标,提出了一种轻量型平行轴线齿轮减速器的几何学设计方法。以某扫地机器人驱动轮减速器为例,设计了一对轻量型平行轴线齿轮减速器实例,并采用3D打印技术制造了线齿轮减速器样机。最后,对所设计的轻量型平行轴线齿轮减速器进行了运动学试验。运动学试验结果验证了所提出的轻量型平行轴线齿轮减速器设计方法的正确性。轻量型平行轴线齿轮减速器具有结构简单、传动比大、齿轮数量少、减速器体积小、质量轻的特点,尤其适用于空间受限的机电产品。 Line gear reducers are a new type of reducers.Based on the space curve meshing theory,the influencing factors of the transmission ratio of parallel axis line gear pair were analyzed.According to the lightweight design goals,a geometric design method of lightweight parallel axis line gear reducer was proposed.With a sweeping robot wheel reducer as an example,a lightweight parallel axis line gear reducer was designed and manufactured by using 3 D printing technology.Finally,the kinematics experiment was carried out on the designed lightweight parallel axis line gear reducer prototype.The correctness of the design method of lightweight parallel axis line gear reducer was verified by the results of kinematics experiment.The lightweight parallel axis line gear reducer has the characteristics of simple structure,large transmission ratio,fewer gears,small size and lightweight;it is suitable for electromechanical products with limited space.
