摘要
传统的成品油除杂工艺仅使用过滤器进行除杂,过滤器滤芯消耗量大、运行成本高,同时频繁更换滤芯造成设备作业率降低。经过海王公司高效旋流过滤器改造后,在旋流过滤器的离心分离作用和二次沉降作用的协同作用下,88.4%的固体杂质提前去除,大大延长了滤芯的使用寿命,降低了运行成本。经核算,吨油过滤成本减低0.36元。
The traditional product oil impurity removal process only uses the filter for impurity removal,which results in large consumption of filter element and high operation cost,and frequent replacement of filter element reduces the operation rate of equipment.After retrofitting the high efficiency cyclone filter of Haiwang company,88.4%of the solid impurities are removed in advance under the synergistic effect of centrifugal separation and secondary sedimentation of the cyclone filter,which greatly prolongs the service life of the filter element and reduces the operation cost.After calculation,the filtration cost per ton of oil is reduced by 0.36 yuan.
