摘要
某核电厂在工程建设期间取消了环吊自备检修拱架(简称拱架)。商运后,环吊主起升机构出现重大缺陷需要恢复拱架。由于RX厂房空间限制,传统安装工艺无法实现。因此针对性地开发了可远程操控的大型机械重装,并改进了安装工艺,在有限空间和时间的条件下,实现了商运核电厂环吊拱架的复装,为环吊主起升机构的缺陷处理创造了条件。
During the constru ction of a nuclear power plant,the self-provided maintenance arch frame of ring crane was cancelled(arch for short).After commercial operation,the main lifting mechanism of the ring crane has serious defects and needs to rebuild the arch.Due to the space limitation of RX building,the traditional installation technology cannot be realized.Therefore,the remote operation of large-scale heavy mechanical equipment is opened,and the installation process is improved.Under the condition of limited space and time,the re-installation of the ring crane arch frame of the commercial nuclear power plant has been realized.It creates conditions to solve the defects of main lifting mechanism of ring crane.
