通过阐述掘锚一体机用截割减速机内啮合齿轮泵的结构和工作原理,对进口齿轮泵进行了测绘和计算分析,并简要地介绍了齿轮副的齿廓加工方法。通过制造样机并进行试验调试,来验证计算参数和加工方法的正确性,从而满足减速机润滑和齿轮泵互换性的要求。

By expounding the structure and working principle of the internal meshing gear pump of the cutting reducer used in the driving-anchor machine,this paper makes the mapping,calculation and analysis of the imported gear pump,and briefly introduces the processing method of the tooth profile of the gear pair.The correctness of the calculation parameters and the machining method is verified by manufacturing the prototype and debugging the test,so as to meet the requirements of lubrication of the reducer and the interchangeability of the gear pump.
