摘要 以某发动机曲轴为研究对象,采用有限元方法对曲轴进行疲劳分析与优化设计。对曲轴进行静力学分析,得到最大等效应力和变形云图,通过模态分析得到其固有频率和模态振型图。通过对曲轴进行疲劳分析,得到疲劳寿命、疲劳损伤图和曲轴易发生疲劳破坏的区域。利用响应面方法对曲轴的尺寸参数进行优化,并给出优化方案,对优化后的曲轴进行静力学分析。分析结果表明优化方法可行,提高了曲轴的可靠性。 Taking an engine crankshaft as the research object,the fatigue analysis and optimization design of the crankshaft are carried out by using the finite element method.The static analysis of the crankshaft is carried out to obtain the maximum equivalent stress and deformation nephogram,and the natural frequency and modal vibration shape diagram are obtained through modal analysis.Through the fatigue analysis of the crankshaft,the fatigue life,the fatigue damage diagram and the fatigue damage prone area of the crankshaft are obtained.The response surface method is used to optimize the dimension parameters of the crankshaft,and the optimization scheme is given,and the static analysis of the optimized crankshaft is carried out.The results show that the optimization method is feasible and the reliability of crankshaft is improved.
