摘要
针对房屋面积小,提高空间使用率的问题,设计了一种双面多用式智能立柜。利用手机蓝牙与立柜连接,实现了床体自动收放、换向及衣钩收放等功能。通过SolidWorks软件对装置进行了三维建模和仿真分析,结果显示:在床体使用过程中,最大应力远远小于屈服应力,且无应力集中现象,满足使用要求。制作了装置实物模型,进行了试验测试。结果表明:实物模型尺寸为300 mm×600 mm×900 mm,选用DV12电机,衣柜和床体的转换需要约6.08 s即可完成,衣钩收、放衣服共计约5.19 s,床体下放到地面时间约8.24 s,收回时间约9.26 s。装置在试验测试过程中运行平稳,无卡顿现象。该装置提高了空间的使用率,解决了因空间小衣物存放的问题,具有很好的市场价值,为智能家居的产业化设计提供了依据。
Aiming at the problem of small house area and improving the utilization rate of space,a double-sided multi-purpose intelligent vertical cabinet is designed.By connecting the mobile phone Bluetooth with the vertical cabinet,the functions of automatic retraction and retraction of bed,reversing and retraction and retraction of clothes hook are realized.The three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis of the device are carried out by SolidWorks software.The results show that the maximum stress is far less than the yield stress,and there is no stress concentration phenomenon,which meets the use requirements.The results show that:the size of the model is 300 mm×600 mm×900 mm,the DV12 motor is selected,the conversion between the wardrobe and the bed can be completed in about 6.08 s,the clothes hook takes about 5.19 s to collect and put the clothes,the bed is lowered to the ground in about 8.24 s,and the recovery time is about 9.26 s.The device runs smoothly in the process of experimental test,and there is no stuck phenomenon.The device improves the utilization rate of space,solves the problem of clothes storage due to small space,has good market value,and provides a basis for the industrial design of smart home.
