摘要
为解决一种加强环零件整体无焊缝成形,提高表面质量及成形精度等问题,提出了零件整体充液成形的工艺路线。文中结合有限元仿真分析软件,对该零件的成形过程进行优化模拟。通过采用充液成形工艺,取消了焊缝,较大地提高了生产效率,有效地提高了零件的成形质量和成品合格率等。
In order to solve the problem of integral non weld forming of reinforcing ring,improve the surface quality and forming precision,the process route of integral hydroforming was proposed.In this paper,the forming process of the part is optimized and simulated with the finite element simulation software.By using the hydroforming technology,the weld is eliminated,the production efficiency is greatly improved,and the forming quality and the qualified rate of products are effectively improved.
