摘要
因某型飞机零件的落压工艺不能满足现有的顾客要求,公司采用新型充液成形技术替代落压工艺。文中选取9项典型复杂立体类零件作为参考,分析了零件的特征和现有工艺的难点,以此为基础根据充液成形原理提出了零件的充液成形初步工艺方案,并计算了所需工艺参数,为设备选型的合理性提供了重要依据。
Because the drop hammer process of a certain type of aircraft parts cannot meet the existing customer requirements,the company uses a new hydro-forming technology to replace the falling pressure process.This paper selects 9 typical complex three-dimensional parts as references,analyzes the characteristics of the parts and the difficulties of the existing process,based on this,puts forward the preliminary process plan of the part hydro-forming forming according to the principle of hydro-forming,and calculates the required process The parameters provide an important basis for the rationality of equipment selection.
